Flighter
Terms of Use
This User Agreement governs the use of the Flighter app.
1. General provisions
By using Flighter, the user confirms that they have read and accept these terms. Users who disagree must stop using the app. Flighter is intended to store, display, recognize, and organize flight and boarding pass information.
2. About the service
Flighter is not an airline, carrier, agent, airport, tour operator, or government authority. It does not sell tickets, confirm bookings, or decide whether a passenger may board.
3. Informational nature of data
Data from boarding passes, barcodes, PDFs, photos, OCR, and external sources may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Automatic recognition cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Users must verify critical information with official airline and airport sources.
4. Circumstances outside the app’s control
Flighter does not control schedule, terminal, gate, route, delay or cancellation changes; aircraft or seat changes; check-in rules; airport services; visas; baggage; connectivity; or third-party service availability.
5. User responsibilities
Users must use the app lawfully and in good faith, remain responsible for manually entered data, independently manage travel documents and rules, and avoid unlawful or misleading use.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for loss caused by use or inability to use the app, including delays, missed connections, cancellations, baggage loss, or expenses caused by third parties. Consumer rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
7. Data and third-party services
Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. iCloud, maps, weather, files, email, and other third-party services operate under their own terms and may become unavailable or change.
8. Intellectual property
The app, design, code, text, and structure are protected. Users receive a limited right to use the app for its intended purpose within the law.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. A new version takes effect when published in the app or on the website unless stated otherwise.
10. Final provisions
If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Applicable law governs matters not covered here. Contact: developermash@mail.ru.
